UserID: 1278 |  Polls How do I choose what the poll IS that I add to my thread?I mean ino there is a button that says "include a poll" and the number of options but how do you choose what the options and question are?

UserID: 576 | Check the "include a poll" box. After you press the button to create the topic, you'll be taken to a page in which you can create the poll.
