Default super soaker secret strike

i just got the secret strike and i have a problem the first time i filled it up was alright but then when i needed to fill it up again the cap wouldnt come off.
i need help i put hot water on it and it still didnt come off and everyone tried to help me take it off and it still didnt does anyone have any pointers?

I believe the caps are reverse threaded. Make sure you're unscrewing them in the correct direction as indicated by the markings. After that, try pliers and stuff like that. Putting a paper towel or napkin over it can also make it easier to get off.

Also, remember that you can use the quick-fill function of the cap, so you don't have to unscrew it if you don't have much time. (i.e. in the middle of a fight)
