Default Douchenator Danger!

DO NOT, under any cicumstances, stand your douchenator up on its end. It will likely fall and shatter.

Kind of common sense. Launchers, especially long ones, are very weak near the valve. The launcher in the article broke by falling, hence why there's a new, unpainted fitting in the middle.

Yes, well, that's all well and good, except that I am somewhat at a loss for common sense. That's also why, for some reason, I epoxied the metal ball valve onto the PC. I had to use a chisel so I could reuse the valve.
Also, this is kind of off-topic, but, what do I do when a glued-on fitting leaks? Do I just epoxy the seam?

You could try epoxy. And recently somebody (Waterzooka maybe?) posted a method to create negative pressure to suck in the epoxy. And I believe Ben and Drenchenator have posted guides on how to do fillet welding. Just do a search and the results should turn up.

I've converted the title of the thread from ALL-CAPS.
