I'm not quite sure how the event went though. Perhaps I might email the guy, if he hasn't ditched his account due to spam. Searching for the email address in Google does only bring up this page.

I'm not sure if the JavaScript plugin for vBulletin to obscure email addresses was in use then (and unless there's a custom scramble method per website, a bot could probably reconstruct the address based on the source code). At any rate, that was about a year ago. And Mars, once again, are you sure this is the right thread? It's rather old and your post looks out of place.
