UserID: 809 | Using longer segments is probably unecessary, but if you're still worried about stuff needing replacement, use more threaded parts instead. However, the threads are less durable and may not hold up as well as glued connections.

UserID: 1166 | Contrary to my own belief, the parts list on the APH homemade list is, in fact, completely fallible. As such, my original list was incomplete, so I made a second, which I then somehow lost in the month since it was made. I have yet to return to a hardware store since, so the parts I have segmented (everything that comes after the 1/2" piping) are collecting dust and wasting space. This homemade should be completed shortly, but I wish to know if anyone thinks it would be better using cleaner before primer and glue on the PVC? |
