UserID: 809 | There goes another one...  Have a look at some threads on this, as well as some repair articles on the site. First, you have to open up the gun. Take out all the screws, and try splitting the pump cap if necessary. Splitting the pump cap can be difficult since it's glued on (well, if it isn't, you can simply pry off the piece), but try to get it all out, and be careful. Now, you need some good glue (preferably gorrilla, no less than epoxy) and something to reinforce it with. Cutting steel strips and aligning them up, then gluing them on is the classic way of repairing the faulty trigger piece, and for good reason.

UserID: 576 | Welcome aboard! Sorry to hear about your woes.  Yep, read the trigger repair article here at SSC - not in the forums. All the CPS 4100 remakes eventually break, although it took mine a whole year to do so. Somebody's also replaced the trigger part that you pull with clothes hanger wire or something. UserID: 576 | The CPS 2500 has a strong enough trigger. You can reinforce it if you want, but the "recent" CPS 4100s are by far the most notorious. Good luck with the repair!
