UserID: 1 | Something like this are what PMs and emails are used for. Please avoid posting direct questions, especially administrative ones, on the public forum. I have accepted his account. The problem was that he registered before COPPA was disabled and vBulletin only disables accounts that don't turn in forms, so all I had to do was accept his registration.
