Ok, I finally got it open...

seemed that the thing the trigger hooks up to that pulls the metal bar was snapped...I melted it together with more plastic and added some glue, then put my gun back together....

but the gun still didn't fire :-/

anything?

well, I reopened it again, and the trigger was snapped...

then I took some visegrips and yanked back on the metal rod and got a big blast of water.....seems the rod was jammed forward....but still need some creative idea to get the trigger piece to not bend before tomorrow..

thanks
Steve

But then again, my 2700 looks like this. It's not pretty, but works. You may have to go this far to repair your gun.

a link to doom's 2700 that WORKS

Does anyone have a link that does work? Neither of the two worked for me.
