I'm not quite understanding - would you post a diagram of that?

I have an idea for a more compact APH, but I'll start a new topic once I have a diagram.

Sounds just like what m15399 mentioned. You wouldn't be able to shoot at an angle unless you put a 90 degree joint on the top for the air, which in fact would probably make a pretty good design! You might want to consider that.

I'm not quite understnad what you mean. Where would the 90 degree joint go go? On top of the Y-joint?

I think I might have figured out a better way for me to do this. My main goal is to make the APH more compact than it is. Maybe I'll wait to see if joannaardway's design would b e better.

Crashdummy, to enlarge your Photobucket image, click on the image after you've uploaded it. You should be redirected to another page with "fullsize" somewhere in the URL and with the full version of your image.

I don't quite see the problem with the slanted PC--it's very creative, and firing at any angle above 45 degrees is not going to give you any more range. I think it's a cool solution to obtaining somewhat linear flow while draining the PC.

Okay, I know it's not too pretty, but hopefully you get the idea. A y-shaped tee could be implemented to connect the pump piston tube to the base of the PC, allowing for more linear flow. But at that point, it might be easier to just use a vertical PC .

I really need an illustration of the use of a vertical tube to divert the air from the PC. How can one get it to be the perfect length at which only air is in the vertical tube and only water is in the PC? This seems a bit difficult .
