Default Super Soaker Central TOS

The crack SSC legal team has made a new TOS: http://www.sscentral.org/tos.html

Nothing surprising, but far more encompasing than anything we had previously. The entire TOS is based upon several templates made by lawyers, so if you would like to base something on it, feel free to.

EDIT 10/23:

Some of the TOS came from Project Honeypot.

Haha, I wasn't aware SSC had a legal team. I always was under the impression that it was just you Ben. But very sophisitcated indeed, I might base a TOS for one of my projects off of this.

The "crack legal team" is a joke. We have no legal team, lawyers, or any of that crap. I know someone who always would say some sarcastic stuff like "Our crack photo-copy team has come with some great copies!" so I thought I would use the joke.

At the moment I'm trying to remember the URL of one website where I got some interesting legal stuff about "non-human visitors". I believe the website was called Project Honeypot, but I don't have time to Google it to make sure.
