I feel so lucky. I'm in an advanced placment program, but somhow I get less homework than in elementary school. I do have this huge math project due in two weeks that I havn't even started. She has given us 3 months and it was estimated at 18 hours of total work. Watch me skip school the day before to finish it. Hey, that's funny. :Hey, that's funny.:

My dog once actually took a bite out of my hw (some food was spilled on it).
Another mishap ive had was when my sister took some crayons and completely filled the page with color.
Why do teachers like giving MORE hw as the school year gets CLOSER to ending?
Ive got only 24 days left, but also 5 projects to do. (to start really )

if homework increases as the year gets closer to the end that means your hour has been slacking off. (a.k.a. he/she still has to cover a XPBackfire-esqueload of material before the end of the year.) we have 14 actual school days left, w00t!

You can pretty much ignore the times on that, I rarely ever have Xfire on when I play. I should, though.

I'm not but my teachers are getting much much meaner as the year ends. I don't know why........They said I was too social on my interum(that is our "mid" report during the marking period). I hate all my teachers. Cept' maybe my Social Studies one. She's O K........Plus sometimes I slack off and don't do work.
I have never gotton lower then a "B" on my report card though and have always made honeroll. You might not have that in your school. It has to do with grades.
Overall school is horrible, torturous, and sometimes sadistic. I mean it. I have 20 more days of it BTW.

This is old, but I would like to express my displeasure with the Ridgewood School district. Not only am I typing a 5 page essay right now, I still have 10 days of school left! Finals are in 3 days and no one is ready. 1/4 of my latin exam is on Caesar, and we haven't even started studying him yet! Plus I have a war and a skirmish scheduled for the weekend so theres little time to study. I wish the tornado had hit the school instead of a nearby town. :Hey, that's funny.:

What's worse is when you take them early and you know could have learned more. That happened to me on my Government final, I took it like 3 weeks before the scheduled date because that's when I was told to take it. I know I would have done better if I skipped it and retook it another day, but it doesn't matter as I got a 98% my first term of that class and I could still pass not doing the final. I would suggest reading your student rights (mine were in a calender provided the first day of school) and then finding loopholes. I've skimread mine, didn't see anything but I'm going to analyze it this summer. They legally have to give you your student rights btw. There was a big court case about it, I forget what it was though.

don't even talk about homework, I just finished 7th grade and my math class was Algebra 1, 2+ pages of work a day, even over weekends
