UserID: 1 | One of my friends and I are rebuilding our base. It's in the middle of the woods, with clears on everyside and a stream down the middle. A fallen tree serves as a bridge. We are building sniper points in some trees once the place dries out from the hurricane. Do you have any more ideas for this base?

UserID: 1 | I went down there today. The bridge was there a couple days ago, after the hurricane, and and now it's gone. I guess I'll have to make a new one.

UserID: 30 | better yet, if there's a hose or two running to your base use one as a turret and the other for a qfd |

UserID: 1 | There are no hoses. But I'm going to make something that has a direct connection to the stream and use some of my tubing as a low pressure hose. It will also have a filter, of course.

UserID: 1 | There is no pond scum. It's a stream, and a very clean one. I would never fill any of my soakers with anything harmful to them.

UserID: 56 | My dad could help with the filters, he owns a business in water purification (plus hes also a firefighter) but that would never happen. -_-

UserID: 1 | A couple of my friends and I went down there again. It's less overgrown already, and the water levels have gone down a lot. We explored some more of it, and we found some cool spots we couldn't have even got to last year. Because most of the plants are going to die this winter, we're planning to use this as a base next year, and maybe have one war on a warm day this year with this as our base. B)

UserID: 1 | The log I found smashed in half after Hurrican Isabel. :nugget: Man that must have been powerful! The stream is much smaller than right after the hurricane, and it's now a good size. About 8 feet wide and on average half to one foot deep. I'm going to take some pictures tommorow because my friends don't have football practice. To show how large this place is, I'm going to make a map for my team from a aerial photo. There are about 5 major different places, and many more spots for other local teams to settle in. I think next year will be amazing. ^_^
