It can't have great output on a nozzle with two minutes, either.

Hypothetically, you can have great output on a long shot time weapon, it is just not likely. I like long shot time weaponry because it gives you an extra long amount of time to get your opponent drenched. When your opponent has to "reload" (pump his gun), you have an extreme advantage because no reloading is necessary until your entire pressure chamber has been emptied.

Doom/Ben wrote an article discussing long shot time soakers and it is available at:

Its two minutes with the Power Pack chamber, though, and I believe the normal gun for it getws only 50 seconds on a 3x nozzle.

You know you can get a new gun and hose for the Power Pak from here.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering whether to consider it a mod or homemade now that I added that backpack. It's true that the output isn't that great, but that's on my smallest nozzle, I normally use something bigger.

I've still got my balloon CPS chamber, so I can unhook the power pack and attach it back on if I really want to make it into a complete home-made gun. But of course, when the range and power is the same, I might as well go with what holds more water and has a better shot time. I do have an idea on how to build my own power-pack-ish backback for it, but that will have to wait until I get some extra money.

This is a modification as far as I am concerned - I even called my Vaporizer transformation into a water gun with a pressure chamber a modification even though it was half homemade.

I remember a while ago, I took my old 1200 CPS chamber, and attached it to a simple trigger valve (aka a ball valve with a nozzle), once filled, it was tiny ( smaller than a xp 220, but with the power of the full 1200.
