Well, I designed a improved APH about a month ago, and I just thought I might post it. Too bad I haven't been able to get to the Home Depot lately.

Red=Plastic ball valve
Green=Barb
Blue=Check Valve
Yellow=Tubing
Gray=Metal Ball Valve
White=PVC

Quite a simple process. You have 3 very large (3" PVC) PC's. They all have ball valves that can be used to save water, or keep a few PC's pressurized while using the other one (or two). All three can also be used to make an extremely long and powerful shot.

Loads of people have thought of that idea before. Bluesmudge tried it out with two PCs and one valve to block one PC, but noticed a 50% drop in pressure when decompressing that PC. This design is best when there is one valve per PC.
