Need this poll for a small study at school. Please choose any number! This will be used to determine a few things. I will post my findings when this is over if anyone is interested.

Sorry about deleting the posts... I should have said I wanted this to be a completely blind poll. Please do not discuss which numbers you have chosen! I have reset the poll as well.

You can make comments, in fact it is recommended. However, do not discuss the results of the poll or which one you voted for.

I noticed 6 people voted for 7, which was not what my first 20 or so people lean toward (I won't say if they did lean or if it was evenly spread). As it turned out, two people said they voted for 7. That may have been skewing my results.

Please vote for which number you want (again if you have to)! There doesn't need to be a reason.

I voted for {[(-not telling-)]} because I think it's lucky. *hint hint*

I voted for my favorite number because it's my favorite, due to the fact that it is my favorite combined with the fact that it was there and the fact that it was my favorite.

Does it really matter because you can see the votes on the poll? Or, is it something you can't know who voted for what? btw I changed my number.

The point of a blind poll is so that your choice does not affect the choices of others. I noticed that 7 was winning by a lot, and as it turned out, two of the three who posted their number said 7! There had to be at least some correlation.

Also, changing your number is perfectly fine. I had not used the previous numbers, in fact I redid it so that people could change their numbers from the noted tilt.

My favorite number isn't there, so I voted for the number that was closest in relation to my favorite.

Here's my quick write-up I did for school. You can see the few things I had to do (the project didn't entail much).

You can keep going if you want to. However, please be aware that my report includes far more data than here.
