Here's the problem: I have "fixed" it and it STILL leaks, except the crack in the water tank, that's fixed up Also, the O-ring has been sealed and glued to the gun!

This is a CPS 1-3-5 he's talking about. Try PL Premium glue.

You can pretty much ignore the times on that, I rarely ever have Xfire on when I play. I should, though.

Man the worst leak I ever saw was my friends MD 5k. Once you finally got it to shoot it never stopped shooting til it was out of water, plus water came out around the nozzle too. Its hillarious to see but it would be nice to fix. Does anyone know whats wrong and how I can fix it?

That happened to Dux's Md 5000 and to his 6000 and to both of my 6000's. Unfortunatly I think this eventually happens to all Max-d guns. When I opened up one of the 6000's, it seemed fine so I think its something inside the internals. Or it could just be the fact that these guns were not mean't to last a long time. :P

Yes, I seem to get that impression as well. My brother's MD SS leaked until it was dry yesterday. A pitiful waste of a decent gun. Luckily, they still sell them.

HAHA! you think you people have leaks. puh-leez. you haven't even SEEN leaks till you've shot an XP 70.
I agree with you 100% . I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing works... oh well, I never use it anyway. I just fixed the leak to my CPS 10k.

my friend gave me his old xp 70 some time ago.... looked fine and I dry fired it a few times. Anywho I wnet home filled it with water and pumped it maybe 7 times. the entire top of the pc blew off (think air pressure rocket) Needless to say I got very very wet. (Oh and for the 1-3-5 I'd take it apart and a) try to make a good gun with the parts B) epoxy all the joints around the nozzles.

Has anyone documented the exact problem with the MD 6K? Can it be fixed? I am planning on buying a few of these, and want to know if they can be repaired like just about every other SS problem I have encountered. I bought a SS CPS 2000 MK-1 that had a stuck firing valve. It was easy to fix.

Flying tank syndrome, common problem. Just tape down the chambers so that they aren't moving and it should be fix. Use loads of duct tape.

Go fix your Max-D guns, I actually haven't done this yet but I guarantee it will work. Unless your gun is screwed beyond belief it should work.
