Black Barracudas Water Fight Squad

One of my favorite pages has a great Tech section! Long forgotten as they haven't updated in nearly a year, but their work was completely in 2004.

What might be good is if someone does a page of all the possible sites to nominate, because I for one don't know half of the sites in soakerdom.

Essentially, all sites that are not established extremely well (SSCentral, iSoaker.com, ect.) and can be nominated. Also, the sites had to have some sort of activity during 2004 (I.e. no ancient but great sites can be nominated).

I'd suggest checking out some links sections for possible sites. I personally would be nominating Aqua Armoury for some categories, but sadly, that site has disappeared and attempts at contact have failed.
