only fake goths listen to cradle of filth

Actually I know a few, and they seem to like them. I think goths are just an act, they are too shy to find other ways to rebel. But hey they would probably knife me for saying that.

But some black metal bands are just scary... like MAYHEM, anyone ever heard of them? If you do, it may interest you to know that Count Grishnakh has just been released (run and hide).

Oh, I assumed people who were normal wouldn't vote ... ... ok so I just forgot about them I'm sorry.

I'm....normal. Jeez. You don't have to fall into a category, and if you did, there aren't enough. I'm not a geek, skater, loser, goth, nerd, any of that. I play football. I hike. I have a girldfriend. I get B's in school. I'm in honors, not high honors, and not college prep. I play piano in the jazz band. I have friends. I'm normal.

I null voted.

I am only myself. If you need to see me, here's a nice picture of myself (48.7K JPEG) from October 2004 taken by my friend who apparently has no idea how to clean negatives. Since that time, my hair has grown down past my chin and it's become considerably neater (compared to that picture at least). Some have called me a hippy but that's inaccurate as I haven't worn the tie-dye or bell-bottoms yet. I have been growing my hair long for some time, mostly because I wanted to know what it's like to have long hair. Blow drying is fun...

Categorizing yourself IMO doesn't leave much room for creativity or even is very accurate (as this topic has shown). I'm not the kind to do anything crazy like change my natural look or limit myself to a certain style. I believe that it is very silly to try to not conform and then go conform to a different lifestyle. Normal is for me. At least my own normal, I'm not going to be peculiar just for the sake of being different.

I suppose my style would involve usability. I'd have a reason behind most of my actions, at least my "peculiar" ones. For example, I take a frame backpack to school every day, in fact, it's the only backpack I'd ever use for school. I've been called a camper and hiker, but it's good to know that I'm not breaking my back and have a ton of extra room. Suppose that's a classic example of my style...

Of course, this is just my opinion. :P

I have long hair and I don't blow dry it.... Anyway, I don't fit into any of those either. I'm pretty much known as that smart kid who fixes people's computers for a living. I have no intentions of being popular and stuff, I have friends, 'nuff said. As far as a gf goes, I just broke up with the girl I'd been going out with for 4 months... ouchies... no birthday presents from her (gigantic wink to the older section).

P.S. (just found out today that that stands for postscript - spelling word, wtf) I. Hate. Stoners. And. Thug. Wannabes.

I am also a member at the Anandtech forums. I think that immediately makes me nerdy in some way.

whos this count guy? I Don't think he would be able to do anything in my town. If some crazy guy came to my town and robbed a store, he'd like like 100 buckshot shells in him Hey, that's funny.

thats what you get for robbing in texas either we kill you, or the government fries you

Count Grisnakh was in MAYHEM, they were a Norweigian band in the late 80s, they stopped in the early 90s because there just wasn't enough of them left. Anyway the Count was jailed in America I think because he stabbed the bass guitarist of his own band 23 times. He did this to out do a rival band who had just killed some random person.

With him (guitar) and the bassist down, along with the suicide of the lead singer (who called himself dead ironically (the suicide note read "excuse all the blood")) and the suicide of the drummer along with the imprisonment of the lead guitar (he ate parts of dead (the lead singer), the band kind of had to stop.

It's kind of a sad story.

This topic does not follow what is set forth in the Board Guidelines.. In fact Im getting pretty sick of telling people to follow the board guidelines. Please think before you post, BlueViper I know you have been here a while, so this shouldn't be something new to you. This topic is discrimnitory and morally wrong to our other members. It is being processed to be locked.
