Is it possible to incorperate a hydration back-pack into a homemade or just a regular soaker? They can hold like 100 oz. (3L) and a probably more durable then a garbage bag or another method. Plus they also have room for supplies that a hiking back-pack with a garbage bag in it wouldn't.

As I said on AIM, yes they can be used very effectively. I use one on my CPS homemade.
