I like the "normal" ones that usually go back and forth slowly, but have a stopper so they can point straight up.

I like the spinners, they cover areas pretty well.

Same as Crashdummy. With the "machine gun" ones, you only soak one area at a time. With the normal ones, you are able to dodge through. The hose would be OK, but would leave several gaps in defense. Also, you would need to fill in one end of the hose with something, otherwise the water would just flow out.

The wall is useful though, especially if there are two of them across a fenced-in area.

Yeah but other than that, they don't have much more of a use.

With one of those sprinklers, if it points straight up, there are two spots where someone could get through. Plus, the "rotating" sprinklers would do the same job.

As some people may recall, I wouldn't approve of any of these ideas, since I view the use of the hose as a weapon in battle dishonourable. <_<

I see your point but it doesn't seem as bad when you think about the fact that nobody is using the hose as a weapon, rather as a defensive obstacle.

I say the spining ones. Because they can make it impossible to travel an entire area. And block pathways better than the spray ones.
The Tisk-Tisk-Tisk on'es are use less because they cover minimum range, and so the ability to guess its path can be used to the enemy's advantage.

There's different tactics for different sprinklers. All of you are putting every sprinkler in the SAME situation. The TSSK TSSK ones are good if they are mounted on a tripod somehow. The spinning ones are good for blocking out a wide area, the wall ones are useful if you have more than one and make a prison or outer defense walls for your base. The holes in the hose are ok, but output is small. The holes in hose one are used like the wall one.

I'd have to say the regular ones that u can point straight up. and also, you can get creative with them. like attaching them to trees and then springing them as traps, or camoflauge them for a real surprise. I'd also have to say that the machine gun ones are the worst. they're too easy to go around.

^ Your sig is waaaayyyy too big. I'd suggest editing it before someone else does.

I've noticed that this poll also was edited, I have to go in a minute so could a mod please reset it? I believe you have to delete it and re-add it, remember to copy the poll options!

I agree with jinnai. The regular ones are the best defense
