I was thinking that the posts in the tech forum would look better if the spelling errors were edited out. Would you guys mind if I edited some posts to fix the spelling? If you want your posts left as-is, I'll respect that. I just want to know if anyone would object to their posts being edited for spelling.

I think they should learn to spell things right, and not let someone else do it, but many times they don't even have a clue that they are spelling it wrong. I try to, but I can't edit every spelling mistake.

No, seriously, if someone doesn't know how to spell something, put (sp?) next to it.

Considering you're talking about people not spelling correctly you spelt Duxburian wrong.

So maybe I won't edit the spelling in others' posts, but it gets annoying to see all these errors of very elementary words. Oh and people do often spell Duxburian wrong not on purpose, with an e instead of a u or reverse the I and the a. BTW "spelt" should be "spelled."

I checked in my dictionary and it can be either.
