UserID: 1 | Without doubt it is possible. You'll just need a really small bike tube because the OD of the water worm one is only like 1/2". I have repaired my little brother's Water Worm before, that's how I know. I don't think it would be very practical for 2 reasons though: 1) It's a SuperChargeable gun, it's power is limited by that of the hose 2) It's nozzle is incredibly small, and so is it's internal diameter. I personally would replace the tubing before collosusing. And while I'm at it I would just make a homemade that is similar.
