This is my first good water fight since '03 at camp, so I want to make it a good one.

Ok, I'm writing this using the blueprint Hyper9 made (Help us help you). EDIT by Spinner: Actually, I wrote the backbone of that, Hyper just made it into a pinned topic. B)

1. The players will be: me (duh :P )
Jordan (brother)
Benjamin (friend)
Rio ^
Bobby^^

2. Their soakers will be: 1x Helix
?x water worms
1x CPS 1500

3. Bases: I have a bunch of wood boards lying around, so I'll set them up as bases.

4.Teammates: we're going to make teams when everyone's there.

5.My armory: take a good look at my sig. It's there.

6.Gametype: cap the flag: Soakfest

Anyone wanna help?

EDIT: it will be in my backyard.

2nd EDIT: Man, that '03 camp waterfight was an epic.

Looks like you are severely underpowered if they have a CPS 1500. If you can, get some CPS 2100s and K mod them, that'll give you the advantage you need. That's all I have to say other than play smart., well at least smarter than your opponents.

If the enemy is using Water Worms, you could try to disable their hose as Water Worms are quick-fill only. Like Doom said, if you can get your hands on some 2100's, you could turn the tide in your favor.

Hee hee hee! I recently acquired a new MD2K from a friend who didn't want it. B)

And I had a skirmish with them yesterday(not with the dude with the CPS 1500) and My MD2Ks could outrange thier water worms by a few feet.

Also, I have the most experience of all of us, and the guy with the CPS 1500 is about 4 feet 4 inches, and I think I'll be able to ambush him easily. h34r:

EDIT: There aren't any Sports authorities in the UP, so the CPS 2100 is a no-go

The MD3K is a pretty good gun. I use to own one. If the 2K's outrange the water worms, the 3k should have no problem. The Helix is actually all right, but it does not have very good range.

One quick hint: go around the back way. I had a waterfight not too long ago, and it was handy when you go around and suprise them...

if I'm not too late:

You may just want to do this one as a ffa or general soakfest if it's the first one in a while. Organized battles with tactics and strategies takes some of the fun out of the game for some people, particularly the first time in a long time. I think you should just make sure you have fun, switch teams a lot, laugh when u screw up. have a couple of nice battles like that, where it's just about having fun. no eliminations, no jails, etc.

soakfest capture the flags sounds fun. don't get too technical too early: just have fun!

[at] doom: I think I'll be able to sneak up on him and then use the "dodge shots and make them run out of water" tactic.
[at] revengeofline: The hose is neutral, and we are going to have the rule that you can't shoot anyone who is refilling.
[at] trekkie00: The helix isn't mine.
[at]Belisaurius: You're not too late, It's going to be in a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the help dudes! B)

Edit: Benj is probably going to use his puny little Xp something(forgot the name) that has the reservoir the size of a sippy cup. :Hey, that's funny.:

I really would forget the water worms and pick up a CPS. 2100's, 4100's, 1200's, they can all be found, you just have to know where to look. I would also just make the fight be a soakfest, don't use tactics yet, upgrade the guns before you do 1HK. If you do get a CPS then you won't have to worry about any of the enemies' guns.
