My 21k was pumped too hard my my dumb brother and the nozzle chamber where the water goes from the tube to the pc cracked so all the pressure was released and you can't pump it otherwise water spills out. How do I fix it? I epoxyed it once and im doing it again cuz the 2nd time it cracked. Is there a better way to fix this problem?

I think you are fine. Just make sure the epoxy's waterproof.

Sand all the valves and tubing you want to reinforce then cover them with ABS Cement. It becomes more solid than most epoxies I've used, although I'd still consider it a type of epoxy. It's working great, I just cvf and rienforced my 2100 (soon to be k) and I've had no breakages.

No it doesn't. It's black. Use some makeup if you want to touch it up :P I can't remember how much it cost because it sat in my garage for a few months, it was probably less than $10 though.

Veteran is right about sanding it first, and make sure it's dry. JB Weld will work well also. I would use the ABS cement, and then add a coating of epoxy. It should be stronger than the original then.

Hm the valve is cracking? not good.Do what everyone says and reinforce the internals and the damaged area. However Id just rather go out and buy one at SA for 8 dollars and mod that one instead of working ont he broken one. I know what it is like to have the armory raided by siblings. Tell your brother and/or your parents that the gun was modified and is dangerous, and shouldn't be touched. Then you'll have him out of your hair, hopefully for good.

Yes, like Veteran said ABS cement works really well. If not get some good Epoxy and like most people said, make sure it's water proof.

I use PVC Cement and that actually works very well. It only takes about a half hour to fully dry, while my friend's epoxy-type cement took about 2 days. PVC cement also only costs $3.00!

I have heard that PVC Cement is one of the worst glues you can use. I believe it was on the old GnG, I don't have time to dig it up, but it was there. PVC Cement is designed to work on PVC, not other plastics. It also is designed to melt PVC together in the joints, it does not hold well for other things.

The same should hold true for ABS Cement. If it works, you're lucky, but I would use trusted glues.

Anyway, if it takes 2 days to dry that's good, you know it probably will have a good strong seal.

That may be true, but I have used the pvc cement successfully with all of my mods. It has been reliable for sealing the check valve, reinforcing the trigger valve, and for some other items. I would get a different glue if it didn't hold, but it has so far. PS: sorry I've got typing errors in here, I'm working off a labtop in Shelter island, NY and my typing is terrible on labtops.

Edit: Its Laptop...
