Well......

First Id pound them with that WBL (artillary strike) Id have a third of my team go on the left side of the enemys entrenchment, another third attakeing the water sorce and the last third to stay back and pick off enemys.Oh yeah,if the 2500 is in an emplacement or small bunker Id have that first third of my team aim for that mainly.

I so far think Bluesmudges's plan would work the best. Actually, Blaze would lose about his entire team, easily more than 3/4. Woodchips compose the section of the hill where the wall is. Workers recently added more mulch to it and that stuff is very loose, so attackers would end up sliding back down the hill. A few notes:
Blaze, you wouldn't be able to scare the other team in an all-out frontal rush.
They have the high ground, good weapons, lots of water, and that wall's just plain comforting! Oh yeah, camo is worthless, the defenders can see your every move. There are woods behind the hill, so you could sneak up to the rear, facing the reeds. The problem with Goon's attack is that you can't get through the reeds.
They are thick and stiff, you wouldn't get very far. It would take a long time for very determined people to give it a shot, and they would be under fire the whole time, without the ability to dodge shots. Also, Ive held the hill outnumbered 3:1, so the position is pretty formidable.

Quote:
Then when you're like 3 feet away from the people, almost punch the XPBackfire-esque out of them, to scare them more. They'll think you're fudgeing psycho and run away crying

If you were 3ft away in that frontal attack, you would be crawling up the hill, right in front of the wall. Suicide. They would take the nozzles off the 2700, 2 4100's, and the 2500. Each is 30x without the nozzles on, so you would be facing a 120x barrage. And that's just 4 defenders. The rest of the team would see your attack and rush over. That's like getting hit with canister from a battery of cannons at point-blank range. Ouch. :P

Well I know my descriptions of the fort were XPBackfire-esquepy, so I finally have pictures of the place. Most of the wall doesn't exist anymore, but we were able to extend the the shelf behind it. This picture is from before the wall got destroyed.

Thats a bit different than you discribed it. I would still stick with my plan, only instead of sneaking, people would need to get to those bushes for cover as fast as possible. Problem is, you would lose 1 or 2 men.
Thats an awesome defense spot.

I know it's hotly contested between our 2 teams, but the last waterbridge-cfm conflict has shown that sitting in a position lioke that is not enough to win. you wondered why we didn't have any attacks for so long? like guderian and I were idiots, and we were going to charge at your fort? positions like these are relatively irrelevant in conflicts. the more mobile team can insert themselves into enemy territory, make a kill, and then fall abck into the forest to wait for the end of the conflict. it's entirely legal, and it's the fault of the team sitting in their fort that it can happen. OFFENSE IS THE BEST DEFENCE. in this last conflict, a waterbridge team with fewer people and worse tech won against a superior number of cfm troops and tech. if the cfm had been more offensive, the game-winning move by waterbridge would not have worked right.

It doesn't change the fact that we played about 10 minutes and you were the attacking team. You were SUPPOSE to attack. And im just calling that one battle a null void, because there was so much mis communication it wasn't even a real battle.

I also think that the battle should be void. I would give Waterbridge the victory gladly if the fight had been fair. And Nick, if you had kept attacking we would have run low on water balloons and come off the hill to attack. I also thought that we had settled on "What equals a kill." Obviously we had different views on what is a kill. I think you had nice, round wet spot=kill, while the CFM considers a not-so-laminated shot is enough for a kill. I think we need to work out "joint rules" for the next inter-team battle, so everybody clearly knows and follows them. In addition, we started on Reed Hill because you guys didn't start at the arboredum, and you "started without us."

The WBL attack and the third of the team going for the wall would work, but the water source is behind the wall and protected, so you couldn't exactly be able to attack it, that frees up 1/3 of your team to redeploy. There's no point in leaving men back, as the defenders have plenty of cover so it would be very difficult to pick them off. The 2500 along with the 21k's are right behind the wall, the users are protected. Your plan could work, although the left side is the hardest to attack.

I think only one person has found out the easiest way to take this position, it's formidable, but it can be taken. For that reason I'm not going to directly say the easiest way, as the fort is actively used, and I don't want the enemy to find out. :P
