This is why psychomutt has been down so long... the domain name expired so I transfered $10 into my bank account (4 days but I took me a week to figure this out) but then found out my registar wouldn't let me registar it with anyone but them so I had to withdraw another 3.50 (4 days) then I found out my registar doesn't accept paypal so I had to put the money back in my bank account (4 days didn't realize this till 2 days after I withdrew the money). plus my family went out of town for a week= no acess to teh internet or a computer for that matter. and then it was my parents anniversarry so my mom wouldn't take me to the bank to withdraw some cash and get a money order. Then the holiday came and it turns out every one was off from work yesterday. And now I have to mow the grass. So...things keep coming up and it's starting to piss me off...especially since I'm going to have to pay for a hosting bill soon... <_<

Actulally, WWN isn't officially RIP. It would be if a: a virius infected and corrupted the server, witch would mean that someone was geting a new computer soon or b: some hacker hacked into the WWN database and deleted all of the files. What most likely happened is that the information was lost into cyberspace, where you would spend the next 5 million years of your life looking into every website ever made to get the information back. So, technically speaking, it is RIP for now.

Oh, and sorry if you hane no ****ing idea of what I'm talking about, I tried to put it in the simplest terms I could muster.

P.S. If only the membership database was lost, then it was somehow TARAGTED! I shall check into this in the future.

From what I hear, a lack of space somehow led to critical files not being updated, and eventually killing the site. I sincerely doubt if ww.net were the target of a specific attack, though I can see a hacker randomly picking us for a little "fun."

I'm not sure how often I'll be posting here as I've moved over to the Isoaker forums. So if I go missing for long periods of time, that's where I am. I'm more of a one-forum-per-subject kinda guy anyway.
