Blaze, quit dissing my 310 "shotgun". It's nice to have a gun that shoots differently, instead of a stream. So what if you think the PCs are small? you probably haven't even seen a shot from it yourself! You can't go criticizing everything! On a better note, the XPS mod will help it squeeze out the water faster, and more powerful. I'll try making my own home made this summer, instead of making Doom's (not that it's bad or anything). I wanted to make that home made piston soaker made of PVC.
Actually, Monsoon, I own an XP 310 and I have "shotgunned" it. I was not trying to diss your gun in my post, and if it seems as if I was, then I'm sorry. I was merely expressing that it isn't quite a shotgun unless it is modded to have the power of a shotgun. A riot blasted XP isn't quite that... I would still un-reccomend an XPS, but if you do it, or if you Don't, the gun can be much more powerful if you do a Check Valve Freeze to it. And also, if you drilled one of your XP 310's nozzles big enough, then you could have a shotgun blast and 3 other nozzles.

As to the name "Swashbuckler", well, I just can't stop laughing.

I was going to shotgun mod my XP-310, but I decided just to drill the nozzles. That way it doesn't have wuite as big a stream, but it still has plenty of soaking power. Plus it doubles the shot time. I think it is best to do the drilling on the .5X nozzle which has the worst range and outpoot. Drill it do about 8X size.

8x? Isn't that a little big? Wouldn't the range drop?

More than likely but it would pack a more powerful close-up blast.

Oh. I see. If I were going to drill the nozzle bigger, I would not go that big. Most of the combat I'm in is long range combat. In these fights, its who ever has the better range that wins. I like good output but I find it very useless if it doesn't shoot that far.

If I did both an XPS mod and a Check Valve freeze, combined with a homemade backpack, maybe I'll be invincible! Alos nozzle drilling could widen the range.
