I was looking thru some sites looking for airsoft grenades. I stumbled across this site. they have some videos of it in use too!

the grenade functions like a real grenade. remove the safety pin, press the activation button, throw, and wait about 7 seconds, then boom! the best part is, it doesn't use pyrotechnics (explosions, etc.)
it doesn't use plastic bbs, but can be filled with 150cc's of any liquid, including water! I can imagine it now....
"sir we seem to be holding back the enemy well from our fortified position in this treehouse."
"FIRE IN THE HOLE!"
grenade is thrown in
"haha your water balloon didn't explode!"
he runs over to pick up the grenade
BAM!

post some comments of what you think about this revolutionary piece of water weaponry.

I don't see any movies on the site, please point them out. Also, are they reusable? Doesn't really say, but if so what a great price. Thanks for the info!

I often compare water warfare to the American civil war. They are very similar, minus hand-to-hand combat. In the civil war, cannons and the such were useful, but in the end muskets decided the fight. That is how I feel about this. Water grenades would be very helpful to have in a war, but you can never replace the guns.

Hahaha! Water Grenades! I love it! Ya just toss one into an enemy base or fort and wait for it to explode! Hah!

Obviously, it could be used as a awesome water balloon. And you know you never will win a war with just water balloons.

Looks like it's made out of hard plastic. It sounds fun, but I don't think it's necessarily a good idea for hard plastic objects to be flying around in a water fight.

Line the outside with sponge? That might muffle the blow if you cover the outershell with a soft material.

I couldn't hurt that much. I usually lob granades and water balloons, which would be hard to get hurt by.
This would also be cool because you could do the tossing back and forth until it explodes like in the movies.

the guy doest tell how it works (I think hes getting the idea patented). all we know is it doesn't use pyrotechnics (gunpowder etc). on the site it says they are one-time use disposable. but to counter the disposability, they have kept the price low.
