Piston Watergun Plans

Here is a link for a download of my WATERZOOKA© Plans.

Piston Watergun Plans

These plans are easy to follow and show a detailed list of parts and tools needed to build a piston watergun. I will be adding some options as time permits. I will post new plans here and at my website.

Here is a quick animation of the build process.

Thank you so much for this waterzooka! This is exactly what some people want. The guide is very detailed and very labeled. I might have to make some changes to my guides after seeing this...

I've updated the link on our homemade water guns page to reflect your new guide.

Keep the good work up!

While the guide doesn't say it, by reading the parts the O-rings go around and looking up the size of the parts, you can guess that the O-ring has approximately a 1.660 inch ID (from the 1 1/4 inch pipe it goes around) and a 2.067 inch OD (from the 2 inch pipe it fits in). See PVC reference.

Looking at what's available on McMaster-Carr, the closest O-ring I can find is part number 9452K45, which is $6.27 for a pack of 50.

From what I know, he sells working O-rings, so it might be easiest to go through him. You don't need 50 O-rings. ;)

But maybe, just maybe you could make 50 waterzookas, and market them in your neighbourhood. That could work out.

My bad. I thought I had the dimensions on the plans.

I have updated the plans. Please download again.

If you want to get technical, it's a -326 Buna-n

Enjoy!
