I just got into super soakers and I Don't have that many. My best gun is a cps 1200 but I need some more that actually work. I have seen lots of your posts but most of you guys live in US or UK but I live in Canada. Is there any good place in canada that I can get a good gun? I can't seem to find onee anywhere.

Actually, more soaker enthusiasts live in canada than in the UK. I think a lot of them mentioned Canadian Tire. Other than that, look aroudn at smaller stores, tag sales, eBay, etc.

I have looked at canadian tire but they have have cheap no name brands that look as if they would break before you got it home. The only place I have found some good guns was at zellers and toysrus but they Don't have any guns that would work well, like the helix and hydroblade

I think I was the second canadian member to join SSC, after The Dark Annihilator. Try finding a Canadian Tire, they seem to carry the powerful CPS soakers (I've seen a CPS 1700, Monster X, and even a CPS 3200&#33 ;) , and sometimes other good XP soakers (XP 310, and one time I saw a lone XP 150&#33 ;) . They sell the good soakers, but they're expensive. Another place is Zellers, or Wal-Mart (they usually carry the XPBackfire-esque soakers like the 2004 line or leftover EES soakers). Try local garage sales and try to register for Ebay Canada ASAP. That's all I can help you with. And another place to check is Fortinos (don't ask). Last year the Forntinos near my house carried a huge stockpile of discontinued XP 110s (another good XP gun). This year all they have are Max-D 5000s, Helixes, and Vaporizers.

I live in Canada also. I bought my water gun (some type) at canadian tire. Walmart is also another good place to buy them.

CPS 1700 is one of the best sniping guns out there. the md-3k is a pistol, definitely not for sniping. I'd buy the 1700, or a 1500 if you don't get that. (they're basically identical)

Ya. I admit I can't always tell them apart in the pics myself. I think the 1700 would propably be good or any Kmodded (some Don't even need to be modded) CPS should have enough range.

I partially k-modded my 1500, and it has great range, great power, but not very good stream coherency. :Hey, that's funny.: I think that I might add some PVC piping to the nozzle to try and contain the shot more.

My CPS 1500 gets about 45 to 48 feet of range. It got about 40 to 44 feet of range before the k-mod. My CPS 2100 gets about 45 to 50 feet or range. I want to K-mod it, but I can't get the stupid pump camp off <_< .

the technical word is stream lamination ;) also, if you're going to add a pvc extension to the nozzle, put straws in there like doom (tried) on the air pressure homemade. if it's not TOO powerful, those will probably help.
