I'm pretty sure this is by another manufacturer. Can you find a name anywhere on it? Older Super Soakers were made by Larami, newer ones by Hasbro (who bought Larami).

How big's the nozzle?

Sorta looks like a PR with a pinch trigger to me. Definitely inspired by a 2500 though.

Welcome to SSC. Nevermind my technical ramblings, those are to get some discusion out of the others to help confuse you even more. :p

I don't think we can discern if it is indeed a pinch trigger from said picture, but I might agree with the PR comment. No visible secondary PC means that it usually rules out AP, but don't forget that it could still be a CPS. As for the manufacturer, it might be one that went out of buisness some years past.

Could be a piston gun too. The reason I said pinch trigger it the fact that the trigger cannot slide back, but is nice and round to rotate off of.

I get what you're saying, but at the same time until we get internal pics it's all speculation.

What you talkin' 'bout?

:p iPad, but I type kinda quickly on it, and the lack of demension makes a surprising difference. I like keyboards with big fat keys. I have spell check off because it does more harm than good usually.
