Water Balloon Types

Does anyone have any ideas for different types of water balloons that would actually work?
For example, I thought that if you mixed the water with some corn starch, it would create a sticky substance that is able to be held in the hand if kneaded, but will flow through your fingers when you stop.

Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. That is all I know about it. I think it costs about five or ten dollars a pound, but I am not sure. You can check out this site for info. It's a HowStuffWorks page. If you want some more info, check out www.dryiceinfo.com

Good point. Your options for WATER balloons are either a small balloon or a big one fired from a launcher. anything else and it's not a WATER balloon. <_<

It would lower the enemy's morale. Also, it could be useful in a "kamikazi" attack. Just run up, throw the balloon inside the base, and run. If you knock three people out, and they have twice as many people as you, you could win the war that way.
But, it would mostly just be neat to watch it explode :Hey, that's funny.:

You would never get close enough to throw a giant balloon. They don't go very far, you would have to get in close range of the enemy line. Also, in the face of an attack, a base is often worthless. A smart defender would ditch the base and and take up a position behind natural cover or find a height advantage to slow the attack. You would lose half your force in a "kamikazi" attack facing defenders who know how to defend,, a waste in 1HK, and chances are you will be taking hits before you can launch/throw that large water balloon. If the enemy has "twice as many people as you", use your head, start guerrila warfare, not kamikazi. It would lower the enemy's morale. Also, it could be useful in a "kamikazi" attack.
