Hmmm...the eBay page won't load. Anyway, I think he meant that some places carry the Soaker Tag versions but now that he's seen them...but I've heard Canadian Tires might still have old CPS soakers. The point was that the Soaker Tag ones (what I have) are worse, because they are the Mark 2s with the infamous trigger that breaks easily.
Already, I need to pull the trigger all way back [and more ] to get it to shoot--which is annoying, probably a sign of weakness, and is a problem for tap shooting. I really should do a trigger reinforcement before it breaks.

Also, maybe you should do joanaardway's "hair trigger" mod, for tap shooting.
