This should be under Internet!
Anywho, all of them look like complete XPBackfire-esque. The games are targeted for 5 year olds to convince them to buy the blasters. If I wanted to play a water blaster related game, I would do the Half-Life 2 mod.

I don't know if this counts, but what about the Water Wars mod for Half-Life? I haven't tried it out, but I've heard it's pretty cool, and the closest thing to a "professional" soaker game out there.
Something about running around in an FPS with your trusty CPS 2000 just brings a tear to my eye.

On-topic, I can't say I've been impressed with any of them, to be honest. Half-Life isn't really my thing, but it's probably the best you could get at the moment, as Fox pointed out.
