well thats original but to simple for me.
Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you criticize them your a mile away, and you have thier shoes-- someone.

There actually is something very close to that in the Quick Homemades article. Except that my version used a bag that you could refill. How are you going to get water into a balloon? Pour it in? I don't think so. Also, a single balloon powering a straw would barely get any range, you'll need a smaller nozzle on that.
