You posted in the wrong area. Someone should move this topic.

Back on topic, I Don't think there is anything out there now thats worth buying in the soaker tag line, But water wariors has fairly good guns. And you can find cps weaponry. If you have a sports authority near you check it out for low priced cps 2100's. And some toys r us stores have cps 4100's. Max D secret strikes are pretty good from what I hear and you might be able to find some other max d guns. I was at an Eckard and several Max D 6000's were being sold as well as a 5000. Hope this helps.

Moving now.

As NiborDude said, you can find CPSs if you look hard enough. If you still can't find any, look on eBay - more expensive, but at least you get the soakers you need. ;)

I've heard that the Water Warrior Blazer is a pretty good water gun with a different type of CPS. It also has an electronic pressure gauge.
Rereading these forums make me feel old >.<

Nononononono. Sorry to anyone who likes this gun, but I must flat out say that the gun sucks. My XP 310 can outclass it. The ONLY plus is that it has a constant stream. It is a very weak gun. The diaphram is so weak that when I modded my gun with my spring mod (I redid it), the diaphram exploded. Bad gun, not worth the money. The Pirahna and Lighting on the other hand, are smal, so that power is great for them. Best backups money can buy I think. Cps 4100s are at TRU or toysareus.com for $20. There are some Cps 2100s at The Sports Authority for $8. And theres eBay, which is very overpriced. 4100s and 2100s are your best bet.

The lightning has a twenty-second shot time. The only minus (on the Lightning) is the trigger. It didn't snap but the spring broke so you have to pull the trigger foward every time. It was also my first water gun I used in a water gun fight (agenst a 2000&#33 ;) .

Ther only one I could compare the Hydroblade with is well, any other 2004 Soaker, its not a "awesome" water gun. Head out to Toys'R'us and pick up a Water Warriors Lightning or Blazer. IMO, the Blazer and Lightning are underrated. in the community. They are great soakers to pick up for their power. However if it is hardcore CPS you seek, CPS 4100s can still be found at Toys'R'Us country wide.

Whoa whoa Jade you have it completely messed up. The Blazer is completely OVERRATED. The Lightning/Pirahna is fine because it's small and can be used as a backup. But the Blazer is a horrible gun. It's bulky, big, and WEAK. When I drilled a 7x sized nozzle on it, it couldn't even shoot 30 feet. It is horrible. I blew $35 on it (from the DA {babyblaubear}, on eBay). Pissed me off so much. I tried to redo my spring mod just a few weeks ago and the weak WEAK WEAK WEAK thin diaphrams exploded. They are extremely thin when you feet them. A CPS is at least 2 times as thick. It is a great gun compared to the 2004 SS guns, but...so is every gun that exists.

If you want a REAL good Cps gun, pick up a 4100 from your local TRU or toysrus.com, or get a Cps 2100 from The Sports Authority. Trust me you will be happy you did, as the 2004 line and the Blazer suck XPBackfire-esque.

Blaze is right all the way. B)

You want to know what's wrong with 2004 guns. THEY'RE WEAK. THEY'RE PUNY. I CAN FIT MORE WATER IN MY MOUTH THAN IN THE LIQUIDATOR'S RESIVOR. THEIR NAMES ARE XPBackfire-esque. AND WORST OF ALL, LITTLE KIDS ACTULALLY LIKE THEM. MY BEST FRIEND WAS JUST BRAGGING ABOUT HOW GOOD THE LIQUIDATOR IS FOR IT'S SIZE. IS THAT MAJOR $#!* OR WHAT?

I think what they wanted to do with the 2004 line was point out that supersoakers were toys not war war guns (although I really don't see how they were)

I don't live in Canada, but I have heard that Canadian Tire sometimes has good guns in stock.
I don't check this forum anymore.
