Mozilla Firefox v1.5
Mozilla has just updated their web browser! Not sure how long ago this happened however... Just thought I'd announce this since many of you probably use Firefox. Happy Browsing!

That's probably because Alpha releases aren't generally available to the general public.Soakologist wrote:I've only heard Alpha used once, and that was on Trillian.
I like the added functionality in Opera, but it's too bulky for me on my current system. I might switch later on though.RacerSoaker445 wrote:I use Opera. I like it much more than Firefox.

Well, if you're a Mac user you may be interested in one of Mozilla's other browsers. Camino.

Hmmm, it's a shame I didn't notice this topic earlier.
The moment I upgraded to 1.5, the first thing I noticed was the speed of the menus. Don't ask me why, but it always took a while for the menus in 1.0 to load, but now they pop up instantly.
But Budgie makes a good point--1.5 does have some rendering bugs. The text on some pages can be slightly messed up in some lines (it is slanted akwardly), but it goes away if you highlight that text or scroll the page up and down (but maybe this is from TextScroll...).

Weird. Mine works perfectly with the exception that when you load multiple sites at once in tabs, one or more of them tends to time out. You refresh, then it pops up as if nothing happened.
