CPS 2100 Check Valve Freeze Mod

So far I've frozen the valve, but I plan to K-Mod it later. I gather all the screws (which I've conveniently put in separate clear plastic boxes) and parts like the outer, pump, pump cap, PC, etc. I put everything in and realized I still haven't added the trigger. I frantically searched my closet (where I stored the 2100 while it was apart), but failed to find it. I feel so angry at myself right now....24 dollars down the tube!

Well it's either that or I clean out my closet, which I've been planning on doing for a while now anyway. The check valve freeze I performed was the one much like Doom's on his CPS 2700 (screw method) on the high pressure side, and I epoxied a dime to cover the low pressure side. I'll post to see if it works later.

Did you read my post at all? I said that I CVF'd it like Doom's 2700. That method is not used very often from what I read a lot, so I'll see if it works once I find the trigger piece.
EDIT- I'm in it deeper than I think. The entire trigger system is missing! I haven't seen it since last year! It could be anywhere in my house at this point...
EDIT 2- Would it be possible to remove the trigger from my friend's broken CPS 1200 and mount it on my 2100? They are the same size-class soakers, so it should work
