some people loaded their soakers with ammonia and bleach and permanently blinded people, they are still at large because there are no witnesses that got a good look before they were blinded. scary =\

My grandfather does that to get rid of rats with an SS 50. :blink: Perfect smilie for this situation if you ask me. It's just sick that someone did that to people.
