Ugh...how vague! What are you going to use this soaker for? What characteristics are you looking for? With the information you've provided, I could just point you in the direction of iSoaker.com Reviews!

I would recommend the Blazer or the Flash Flood. You might already have a Flash Flood, though... ;) Blazers are 15 bucks on Amazon.com, and that's a very good deal, in my opinion.

Edit: I assume you want one that's available in stores, right? You could get an older soaker off eBay if you wanted.
