Yes it does. I have to find that roll of film with pictures of it in the box. A sticker on it said "CHEAP!". I think the picture has the price tag, too. My mom bought it at KB-Toys, but I bet that there are none left in the store she got it from. I would like to buy 2, and duct tape them together to get 2 streams, but it will be really hard to pull. The ZX-1000 also does get about 45 SPT, but those stats do differ from person to person. I tried to make it a little rounded so that it is more "average". It is probably the soaker that is most worth it's money. But it's sooooo hard to find I guess. If you see one, pick it up. It's a great backup weapon. But, there are 2 problems that I see, and both can be fixed. If you don't screw the gun on the backpack tight enough, it will leak, and after a while, if you pull the pump too hard, water will shoot towards you thought the small holes between the nozzle and the gun casing. They should have glued it on better. But just cover that in something like epoxy or Elmers Glue or wahtever and it's fixed.
If I just add some more to that, I think I'll have a review of this soaker done.
