Unfortunately, linking up through the forums hasn't been done in a while.
I think WaterWolf at the iSoaker.com forums is in Vermont...I know he has a large team. You could also check for member locations in the stickied thread in Off Topic, or the Frappr water war enthusiasts thread in Internet.
