Hmm... I didn't see anything about the rules, so it's probably a soakfest. Even if there were rules, no one would moderate. I give this war a few hours at most.

Looks like it's fine; the U.S. hasn't had these sort of problems so far with these kinds of events and it isn't centralized either. It's simply (and obviously) a soakfest, not assassins, and there are rules such as how to participate, identify yourself as a participant, and while not explicitly stated, it's pretty obvious that you're not supposed to attack non-participants.

The problem with the the SCII is that it spreads a lot, hitting bystanders. There is also only one shot.

my friend owns a fire truck from the 50`s. make a new nozzle for it, and we have a supercannon 2 level preformance gun with a 90 gallon tank, no compressor needed. load with people with cps guns, a couple small wbls, and pull a trailor with a turet and mobil troops, and go out and own some noobs.
off topic: what would ssc go under on the facebook make a page? i think you should put a link on facebook, and have parts of ssc on the page. then you would have the first soaker site on facebook. that would be awsome.

Except for Water Warfare, the page maintained by CA-99, iSoaker, and some others. Its websites are listed as iSoaker and SSC.

The whole point of SCII is to get a portable firehose, basically. Your plan is just a firehose. Would make a great Water Warfa parade float though.
