Okay, so I haven't actually bought the gun yet, but the seller says "when you pull the pump (the purple thing), it goes back and forth but doesn't suck up any water"...is there an easy fix for this problem, or should I not bother buying it? Thanks.

^ I'd suggest checking the site before posting next time. Many times a repair will be somewhere other than the repairs section. If the electrical tape repair doesn't work, make a new homemade pump for it. Very simple repair!

Thanks for that, I was looking in the repairs section and didn't think to look in the mod section

The same problem happened with my 2700. The o-rings near the back on the 2700 are especially weak, and mine disentegrated pretty easily. I was foolish enough to throw mine out
