i was just wondering what a good water gun for a five year old is my little brother is five and has pretty much been using my water guns but he can barely move with them he's been using this random water gun i got from a drug store for 6 bucks but he needs a good powerful lightweight one [he is very concerned about power].

I'd get him a MI Secret Strike. Small, powerful enough, gets the job done.

Flash Flood or Arctic Blast if he can handle it.

If that's too big, then any gun I'd rate as decently powerful is going to be too big I reckon. In decreasing order of power and size, the XPs 240, 220, and 215 come to mind.

Make sure it's something pressurised. A young child won't get good performance from a piston-pumper. (Ones where you pump to shoot, there's no trigger.)
I work on Windows. My toolbox is Linux.
Arsenal:
Super Soaker: XP215, 2xXP220, Liquidator, Aquashock Secret Strike M(odded), Arctic Blast M, CPS1200, CPS2100, SC Power Pak, 3l aquapack, 1.5l aquapack
Water Warriors: Jet, Sting Ray M, Shark, Argon M, Tiger Shark, PulseMaster
Others: Waterbolt, The Blaster, Storm 500, Shield Blaster 2000, generic PR gun, generic backpack piston pumper (broken), 3l garden sprayer M, 10l water carrier:

Would water warriors be ok? or would your brother prefer to have a super soaker? If he wouldn't mind water warrior then you could get him a water warrior equalizer or perhaps even the renegade if power was the main concern, as for super soakers, the MI secret strike as steelboot mentioned I think would be a good idea.

he actually liked water warriors more until he tried the bottle shot wich he loves but it's kinda broken and power is his main concern maybe it's cause he want's to get back at me on all the times i've flash flooded him
