As posted on the iScF, what do you think are the two most alike soakers that are non-linear? By non-linear, I mean that comparisons between guns like the XP-70 and -270 and XP-310 and Max-D 6000 would not be allowed. I'm not voting yet, so I'm counting on you guys to convince me one way or another!

I don't really have an opinion on this myself. I'll see what others say.

I clicked on the CPS 2500 + Monster X combo, but then clicked null vote on accident. I brain farted.

I don't think the XP 150-CPS 1200 combo is very alike. One is CPS, the other AP.

That's just my 2 cents

EDIT: How do you compare a 3A and a Hydroblade? I mean they should have a XPBackfire-esque-o-meter that comes with when you buy it. :Hey, that's funny.:

I think the MX/2500 combo, here's why:
  • 1. They both have cylindrical PC's.
  • 2. They both have a tracked pump.
  • 3. They both have the same Reservoir Volume.
Plain and simple.
I don't check this forum anymore.

You've obviously never used both of them, because their performance and build is very much alike.

I voted for the CPS2500/Monster X choice. Though I've unfortunately never used either of them, they seem to fulfill the same purpose: heavy stuff. However, the CPS 2500 is heavier in terms of power, while the Monster X is heavier in terms of weight.

I dunno. The MX seems like it's much more machine gun-like while the 2500 is more space gun-like. Plus, the 2500 is SO much more powerful than the MX.

Actually, I think the monster X is lighter. When I first picked it up I said, "Is this fake?" cause it was so light.

I also couldn't believe that the Monster X is that light. It's the "lightest-heaviest" gun I've ever held. I still voted for 2500/x, but I am going to point out some differences. The 2500 outweighs the monster x in both power and weight, but they are still both considered heavy weapons. The Monster x also has terrible range, that was proved in the battle last week, it simply has no chance. In contrast, my 2500 can shoot around 50 or so ft. on 5x and 10x. I do agree with SKG that the mx is more machine-gun-like, but I think the 2500 is more like a sniper rifle than anything else. Although the 2500 and mx do have many similar parts, Racer mentioned the obvious ones.

You think that the MX is light? Err... not in my book.

I voted Other-Other thinking of the CPS 1200 and CPS 2100.

BTW, what exactly are you trying to establish with this question? I'm not sure what the point is...

I think its just to stir up conversation. We seem to be heading into a winter low.

The 1200 and 2100 are LINEAR, the reason I didn't put it on there. Linear soakers are meant to be alike, so it'd be dumb to put those up there.

Are they linear? Sorry, I thought the 2100 was non-linear to anything (hence I didn't say the CPS 1000 and CPS 1200). -_-
