Go by model, not brand. That said, older Super Soakers and modern Water Warriors overpower their counterparts.

Among recent Super Soakers, the Flash Flood is fairly good, and the SS 50 remake supposedly gets the job done, too.

Currently manufactured guns: Water Warriors. The top end is more powerful, but more importantly, across the range they seem more reliable.

All guns ever made: Super Soaker. No other company has ever matched their big CPSes.

Sizzlin Cool seems to be a rebranding of Water Warriors. Try looking up the model name on isoaker.com

Silence is right that model is more important than brand - both Super Soaker and Water Warriors have made some distinctly BAD guns.
