I emailed Hasbro a bit ago about the CPS line. That's the response they gave me. I don't care though, I've got big plans.Thank you for contacting Hasbro.
The Super Soaker CPS line you are looking for has been out of the marketplace for
some time. It would only be available through the secondary market, ie: online
auctions, consignment shops, yard sales, antique stores, etc.
You may find some helpful information in monthly publications, such as, "Hot Toys",
Lee's Action Figure News & Toy Review", Tomart's Action Figure Digest", ToyFare: The
Toy Magazine" and "White's Guide to Collecting". They provide in-depth articles
exploring specific toy franchises, as well as profiles and advance looks at
forthcoming action figures.
If you are looking for a game, you may wish to try the Association of Game and
Puzzle Collectors at http://www.agca.com.
In addition, many publications provide extensive price guides to gauge the value of
your collection or to illustrate the price range you should expect to pay for new
and classic toys and games.
You can also use a search engine such as Yahoo or Google for further research.
We wish you the best of luck with your search.

Well,
They made some CPSs in the year 2002 (or 2003), so you can expect some more in the near future.
Besides, the CPS 4100 and 2100 weren't that bad (especially the 2100), so hopefully we can look for more CPS blasters next year.
Then again, Hasbro did not mention that in its e-mail, so I'm not sure.
