Selling the Legendary '98's
I am starting to sell off various guns in my collection now that I do not have a team and have failed to start one. As part of it, I plan to offer all 4 of the Legendary '98's in one lot on Ebay. Do you guys think this is a good idea, as in would I get a fair price, or would it be better to sell them all separately? I have multiples of all 4 guns [CPS 1000, 1500, 2500 3000], so even if this goes as a lot, there will be individual auctions.

That really sucks. Can you even get people together for wars organized like parties? (which is what I do instead of actual teams) Or is there simply no interest to play at all?
Anyway, I'd think that seperating them would get in more money in bids, but I'm not sure how much eBay marks up for more listings, and the shipping for each individual auction will total up higher than in one auction.

Hi. Your best bet is to list them seperately, but offer combined shipping discounts. How soon will you be listing them, and how much are you looking to get for each gun? I've been looking for some good deals, but haven't really been able to find any lately.

Hey,
Have you ever considered selling them on the forums. This way you can pass them on to water warriors knowing that they will be used for good and not just turned into flamethrowers or tossed into a closet. You could have a sales thread and sell them directly to the community.

Hmm, never saw this thread.
While it's tempting to sell a "legendary 1998 water gun collection," it still makes sense to separate them. You may have sold them by now, though.
captianfear, DX is probably trying to subsidize college expenses and suchlike, and eBay gives you more money.

I understand. There could be bidding on the forums for some of them as well though. That could work. But if not its his choice i was just throwing that out there.
