its likely a trigger problem then. Jiggle the trigger a bit and see what kind of resistance you get. You may need to take it apart and give the firing pin (behind the nozel inside the gun) some affection.

I think you have a faulty valve or trigger. It could be that the cable connecting the trigger and valve snapped or disconnected. It could also be something about something clogging the valve or some of the pipe.

You should open it up and take some pictures so you could get more help.

You'll want to open up the gun ASAP, as holding pressure for a long time is generally a bad idea. Just pull the pin on the valve that the trigger's connected to.

In the future, it may be a good idea to pull the trigger a bit before powering up the gun, to ensure it's moving and working well. This problem can occur on other high powered blasters as well.

Ya. High pressures can ruin the gun. You never want to have pressure in a gun for a while anyway.

Good thing. Glad to hear it's fixed. Hope it doesn't jam in the future.

But also, make sure it's fixed, fixed, fixed so it doesn't happen again.

Yeah, one trick for me when I'm fixing a gun is that even after I'm sure it's fixed I leave most of the screws out and put in just enough to hold it together and then test it very gently a couple times. I learned to do that after the second time I had to undo every gawdamned screw in my Monster X

This is tough.

You could maybe fill the hole with epoxy, but that might mess up the QFD adapter. How big is the crack? Maybe you could plug it from the inside.

My Power Pak hasn't had any problems yet.

Where is the crack located and how big? Post pictures of the problem.

I think he said that the crack was located on the QFD adapter (on the gun). He should post pictures though so that we know more.
